Direct answerNew troops come from a gacha system in the lobby — the Standard Banner, the summoning pool. It holds units such as the Spartan, Immortal, Crossbowman and Scout Rider. Summon x1 costs 50 gems, x10 costs 500 gems. There is no discount on the ten-pull, since 500 gems buys exactly ten single summons.

How to get stronger troops
The starter selection (Mercenary, Shieldman, Spearman, Archer) carries you through your first matches, but they are ordinary units. Stronger troops come from the summoning system rather than from upgrading what you start with — but note the Star Limit caps what you can actually field.
What we do not know
- Banner pull rates and pity are not published — we list them as unverified, never invent.
- Whether duplicates have distinct uses beyond a refund is unconfirmed; the guide notes unwanted units can be deleted for a small gem refund.
